Buy Camping Hammocks Online with BCF
Whether it’s a backyard camp out with the kids or you have some nights away by the beach, you can get into the swing of things with a BCF hammock. When I was recently looking for something to sleep in for an overnight camp out, I was really delighted by what I found at BCF.
While a hammock is ideal for returning to nature, especially for me because of its comfortability, it’s not suitable for everyone. However, we will also share with you a range of other bedding options that make a night under the stars full of ambience.
Say Goodnight with Hammocks & Other Outdoor Beds
When it’s time to say goodnight when camping with loved ones and friends, you want to know that you’re going to be just as comfortable as if you’re in your own bed. While it won’t be all fluff and pillows when you’re out in nature, you can still gain a level of comfort that works for you.
When browsing through the BCF website, I was pleased to discover that they offered a range of options ranging from the snugness of a hammock to the luxury of foam camping mattresses.
For a single or double stripe hammock, priced between $40 and $50, even cheaper if you’re a club member, is perfect for a night outdoors or an afternoon in the sun.
Made from polyester cotton, you wouldn’t take it out on a bush walk, but it’s ideal for a backyard camp out or a few nights by the beach. The single holds up to 110kg and the double 180kg; the one thing we can be sure of is that you will enjoy supreme comfort at the end of the day, whether you hang it between trees or with a stand.
They both come with a carry bag that folds up nicely for easy storage and carry to your destination. If you choose the double, you can enjoy a cosy sleep with your loved one with room still to move.
You will appreciate the ease of putting this up and taking it down, especially if you use the convenient hammock stand.
The perfect accompaniment to your hammock, both single and double, is the hammock stand. Ideal when there are no healthy or reasonably space trees close by, it eliminates the need to search for the right one. I also love that it using a stand takes off added strain to the trees.
You can take this on your next camping trip, use it by the pool or on your decking in the backyard or for a second-floor veranda; the choice is yours.
It holds up to 180kg and is made from powder-coated steel tubing. It’s easily assembled and well priced at around $140, even less at club prices. Perfectly matching the hammock, you cannot go past buying either of these before your next camp out.
I couldn’t be happier with the choice of self-inflating camping mats that come in various shapes and sizes. Priced between $25 and $270, even less with club prices, you can experience the ultimate comfort while sleeping under the stars, in the back of your pick-up or a tent.
While each brand features different benefits, all of them are super comfortable and ideal for your next camp out. I love that these are:
- Handy for a quick set-up because it automatically inflates and deflates.
- Come in a range of thicknesses for comfort.
- Has a repair kit.
- Can sleep up to more than 1 person.
- Has PVC base.
- Water-resistant.
Available in a range of colours and different material types on top, you’re bound to find something to suit your needs.
While they don’t have the same comfort type as a hammock, camping stretcher beds have evolved and are great for backyard or tent camping. I was delighted to discover they come in a range of sizes from single to queen, from bunks to specially designed options for children; it sounds like luxury to me.
These are well priced between $41 up to $200, which will get your ultra comfort and luxury. I particularly appreciated all that the Wanderer Premium King Single had to offer, which is not only durable but completely comfortable. The bunks are ideally heavy duty for the kids with safety rails and save space when using a tent.
The only issue you have will be deciding which one to choose because they all have unique features.
The final bedding that caught my attention at BCF was the air beds. While it means you will need to take an air pump away with you, it’s a small sacrifice considering the comfort level of sleep you will have while camping.
These are available in various sizes and comfort levels, including air beds taller than usual and others with thermal tech that are great for colder nights in the wild. Some look like indoor beds with an inflatable headboard, others with raised edges to protect the littlest of sleepers. These start at prices around $30 up to about $280. Whether camping in your 4×4 or a tent, you can be assured you will have a level of comfort with a bit of bounce to it for a good nights rest.
You will appreciate the range of benefits the various beds give, including:
- Being lightweight to carry.
- Treatments that stop mould.
- Quick inflation.
- Repair Kit.
- Flocked top and PCV base.
- And so much more.
